Was a qualified Air Traffic Controller, with ICAO civil and US
military licenses holding ratings in all A T C functions. Has a
PART 65 EXEMPTION TO PERFORM AFIS FUNCATIONS PROMULGATED IN AIC 18.50
Understands the management and operational requirements of
providing safe and effective Air Traffic Services with special
emphasis on controlled airspace, navigation and approach aids.
Has expertise in procedural area control. Is also conversant with
cost effective routing strategies.
Has operated as an on-line training officer in all A T C
disciplines.
Is a current aeronautical radio competence instructor (general
license).
Is a current glider pilot with instructor rating.
