2018 ICAS EXHIBITOR VIDEOS DUE BY NEXT FRIDAY, OCTOBER 19

ICAS is reintroducing one of its most popular programs for ICAS Convention exhibitors with a number of notable changes to make it more useful to you and your prospective customers.

This year, exhibitors will be able to submit a short exhibitor video to be shared and promoted before, during and after the 2018 ICAS Convention…more exposure in more places than at any previous ICAS Convention. ICAS will send out all exhibitor videos via email from ICAS to all registered convention delegates prior to the ICAS Convention in December. ICAS will also display all exhibitor videos on flat screen TVs at the 2018 ICAS Convention. And, ICAS will post every video submitted on the ICAS Facebook page following the convention.

In order to include an exhibitor video, you will need to submit both a ONE 60-second video and a completed Exhibitor Video Registration Form. This opportunity is available only to 2018 ICAS Convention exhibitors and the cost of the program is $50.

To participate, send this completed form along with your 60-second video to morrison@airshows.aero as soon as possible and not later than 5:00 p.m. EDT on Friday, October 19, 2018. Videos will be listed in the order in which they are received.

2018 PINNACLE AWARD ENTRIES DUE WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 7

Now in its fifth consecutive year, the ICAS Pinnacle Awards recognize ideas and initiatives that exhibit professionalism, innovation in problem solving, and overall excellence in air show operations and management.

Entries may be submitted in virtually any area of air show business management and will be judged in each of seven different categories: small civilian air shows, mid-size civilian air shows, large civilian air shows, military open house/air shows, civilian performers, military performers and support service providers.

ICAS members are permitted to submit up to three (3) Pinnacle Award entries. Entries will consist of one (1) narrative/essay explaining your entry (essay must be on one side of one sheet of 8.5” x 11” paper in typeface of 10 point or larger). Additional enclosures may also include up to one (1) video (one-minute max) and three (3) photos, charts, or graphs. Pinnacle Award entries that exceed the permitted materials will be rejected.

A Gold and Platinum Pinnacle Award recipient will be announced for each category at the Pinnacle Awards Luncheon on Wednesday, December 5 during the 2018 ICAS Convention in Las Vegas.

For program rules, entry form and submission instructions, please download the 2018 ICAS Pinnacle Awards brochure. All entries must be submitted to Chris Morrison, morrison@airshows.aero, by Wednesday, November 7 at 5:00 p.m. EST.
